Reimagining The Dylan

TONIK Associates refurbished 44 guest bedrooms and corridors at The Dylan, creating three distinct colour schemes while retaining the hotel's architectural character. The feature highlights how TONIK analysed how guests used the existing rooms and reconfigured the suites to improve the guest experience while creating opportunities for additional revenue.

Designing the Future of Third Space

TONIK Associates designed Third Space Wimbledon as the operator expanded into residential London. The 47,000 sq ft club brings together fitness, spa, recovery and wellness facilities, with TONIK using gradient lighting, surround sound and the brand's signature green to create an immersive experience.
