From pioneering social wellness concepts to high-performance fitness destinations and women-focused wellbeing spaces, our latest projects reflect a rapidly evolving industry and our ambition to be part of what comes next.

With three international wellness destinations currently in development across the Middle East and a completed wellness members club in London, TONIK is bringing its hospitality-led approach to new markets and new audiences.

While our international projects are taking shape, TONIK has recently completed tripleBond at The BoTree in Marylebone, a new social wellness members’ club bringing fitness, recovery, diagnostics and hospitality together across four floors.

Rather than placing wellness behind a single spa door, tripleBond brings it throughout the hotel, creating a journey between movement, recovery, socialising and relaxation.

The Basement creates an immersive, atmospheric environment for movement, heat, cold and shared experiences, including a circular hot yoga studio, ice baths and saunas.
The Lower Ground takes a more restorative approach, bringing together hyperbaric and cryotherapy chambers, wellness circuits, lymphatic treatments, red-light therapy and spaces for breathwork and recovery.
Level 8 becomes the social heart of TripleBond, centred around the rooftop pool, pool bar, lounges and terraces, with spaces designed for events, gatherings and private experiences.
Level 9 offers a quieter counterpart, combining a large gym with lounge, workspace and event areas, creating a more considered environment for movement, work and connection.

Together, the four floors create a new kind of wellness destination one where people can move, recover, socialise, work and unwind within a hospitality-led environment.

Projects In Development

5th Dimension — Lahore

5th Dimension is set to be a destination for fitness, wellness and community. The concept brings together a high-performance gym, separate spa facilities, group exercise, health consultations and treatments, alongside a dedicated ladies-only gym.

Inspired by nature, the design aims to create an environment centred around wellbeing, bringing together performance and restoration within one destination.

Boutique Wellness — Bahrain

A boutique wellness women’s-only club spanning two floors of a shopping mall. Designed as a new standard in women’s wellness, the concept brings together strength, recovery and longevity within a highly considered, luxurious environment.

The design is modern, minimal and state-of-the-art, with a focus on quiet luxury and holistic wellbeing. At its heart is the idea that women should be able to embrace both sides of themselves their strength and sensitivity.

Zenova — Dubai

In Dubai, TONIK is working with Zenova to develop a new wellness club shaped around a comprehensive approach to health and wellbeing.

Moving beyond a purely performance-led environment, the concept brings together different elements of wellness to create a premium destination that still feels friendly, welcoming and accessible.

And this is only the beginning.

With new wellness destinations already taking shape across the UK and internationally, TONIK is continuing to push the boundaries of what wellness can be bringing together hospitality, design, fitness and social connection to create spaces for the way we want to live now.
