TONIK has been appointed by Fifth Dimension to develop a next-generation wellness and fitness destination in Lahore, Pakistan.

The concept brings together high-performance fitness, wellness and health optimisation, combining state-of-the-art technology with spa facilities, group exercise, health consultations and a dedicated ladies-only gym. Designed around the principles of biophilia, the space brings nature and technology together to create a holistic environment centred around wellbeing.

Alongside the fitness and wellness facilities, a central community hub creates space for members to socialise, work and connect, while dedicated recovery and treatment spaces support a more complete approach to health and wellbeing.
